Practical, not performative inclusion.
We don't just consult on neurodiversity; we architect environments where it thrives. NDG does not deliver surface-level inclusion — we redesign systems. Neuroinclusion as a performance, retention, and culture strategy that directly impacts the bottom line.

What We Believe
Most organisations have done awareness training. Very few have changed how they actually work. That gap is exactly where we operate.
Systems, Not Sticking Plasters
We redesign how organisations actually work — from recruitment to exit. Neuroinclusion embedded into infrastructure, not bolted on as an afterthought.
Lived Experience Led
Founded and led by neurodivergent people. Our strategies are built from insider understanding of both the challenges and the solutions.
Evidence Over Assumptions
Every intervention is backed by data. We measure cultural shifts, track outcomes, and evidence what has actually changed.
Performance, Not Compliance
Neuroinclusion is a performance, retention, and culture strategy that directly impacts the bottom line — not a PR exercise.

Charlie Ferriman
Gen Z Specialist & Co-Founder
Charlie created the NEURO framework and brings a distinct Gen Z perspective to NDG's work. He is the world's youngest neurodiversity-in-work trainer.
Drawing on his lived experience of ADHD and his work with organisations, leaders and younger professionals, Charlie explores how neurodivergence, generational change and workplace expectations intersect.
His sessions help organisations understand the experiences of younger neurodivergent employees, with a focus on communication, trust, performance, progression and retention.
We don't just teach the theory. We live the reality.
This isn't a textbook exercise for us. We are one of the few organisations in this sector with authentic, insider understanding of both the challenges and the solutions. Our strategies are designed by neurodivergent professionals with operational experience.
