    1:1 Coaching · Mentoring

Specialist coaching, built around the brain you actually have.

Neurodivergent 1:1 coaching and manager mentoring. Practical workplace strategies, disclosure decisions, adjustments, and executive function support — delivered by specialists who have been in the same chair.

    Who it is for

    Three distinct coaching tracks.

Each track is a different conversation. Pick the one your role is actually asking.

    Neurodivergent employees

For people navigating ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia or a combination. Workplace strategies that fit your brain, not generic productivity advice.

    Managers of neurodivergent team members

For line managers who want to lead well without guessing. Structured 1:1s that build confidence in adjustments, feedback and workload design.

    Leaders and senior ICs

For neurodivergent leaders carrying the dual load of their own brain and a team. Executive coaching that treats neurodivergence as context, not a problem.

    What we cover

Sessions shaped by your goals, not a rigid curriculum.

These are the areas clients most often bring. Every engagement is scoped at intake and re-scoped at the mid-point review.

    • Workplace strategies tailored to your specific neurotype and role.
    • Disclosure decisions — whether, how, when and to whom.
    • Reasonable-adjustments conversations — what to ask for, how to frame it.
    • Executive function support — planning, task initiation, meeting load, energy.
    • Communication and relationships — feedback, conflict, managing up.
    • Career navigation — role fit, progression, knowing when the job is the problem.
    • Recovery from burnout and masking — practical, not just reflective.
    Programme structure

    How the engagement runs.

    Intake

60-minute matching and scoping call. Confirm fit, clarify goals, agree cadence.

    Core programme

Six 60-minute 1:1 sessions over three months. Remote or in-person. Structured around your goals, not a rigid curriculum.

    Between sessions

Short written summaries, agreed actions, light-touch check-ins. No message overwhelm.

    Review

End-of-programme review against the goals set in session one. Continue, pause, or graduate.

    What coaching actually delivers

Coaching that leaves no trace is a waste of your budget.

    • A written set of workplace strategies you own and can take anywhere.
    • Confidence in disclosure and adjustment conversations.
    • Lower masking, higher sustainable performance.
    • Managers who stop over-functioning on behalf of their team.
    • A clear view of whether role or environment is the bottleneck.

Start with a 60-minute intake call.

Confirm fit, clarify goals, agree cadence. If we're not the right coach for you we'll say so and point you to someone who is.
