Why a passport, not a one-off form
A reasonable adjustments passport travels with the employee across managers, projects and role changes. The biggest single source of frustration we hear from neurodivergent staff is having to renegotiate the same adjustments every time their line manager changes. The passport ends that loop. It is owned by the employee, agreed with the manager, and held in a way that does not depend on any individual remembering it.

What is in the pack
Editable Word and PDF templates you can adapt to your house style.

Reviewed for UK law, not generated by AI
The pack has been written and reviewed by practitioners with employment-law experience. It is not generic AI output. The model clauses reflect current Equality Act duties, published Acas guidance, and what we see standing up under actual ER scrutiny. If your organisation is in a regulated sector and needs the pack legally tailored, our retained service does that work.
Frequently asked
Can we adapt the templates to our brand and tone of voice?
Yes. The templates are deliberately written so the structure works and the wording can be lifted, edited or rewritten without losing the legal load-bearing parts.
Do you provide a bespoke policy review as a service?
Yes. Our policy review compares your current policy stack against current law and best practice and returns a redline plus implementation notes.
